Terrible, terrible experience(s). Today I did not get seen by Dr. Notle until 2 hours after my appointment! Once I was seen I explicitly explained that I do not have any insurance and if anything was to occur during my visit the was going to cause additional charges that I need to be informed so I could have the option to decline. He right off the bat decided he wasn't going to be able to help me, then changed his mind only to find out this "one extra thing he was going look into" was going to cost me $340 on top of the $115 for the visit. He did not inform me there would be an additional charge for the "one extra thing he was going to look into". Consequently, he told me he could not help me, would not give me a recommendation to see a specialist and is demanding immediate payment!!! Stay far away from these people...they are con artists!

Hillside Family Medical Customer Service Slipping
I have been going to Dr Nolte since they opened their practice. In the beginning it was a really great place. Now though they seem to be only concerned with $$. One thing that they do regularly that has caused me to seek a new doctor, is running late on appointments. Not only do you sit in the waiting room but, when they put you in the examining room you better expect to wait for 30 - 60 minutes. Last time I was in for a visit I waited 25 minutes, then stuck my head out the door and asked in a nice joking way - "did you forget about me?" They actually became short with me and made me wait longer. If I didn't need my prescription so bad I would have walked out!

My family has been going there for over 10 years, have never waited longer then 20 min in the waiting room or the exam room. They have extended hours as well as open on Saturday's. They have seen me with in an hour of an emergency. Have same day appointment slots if you call early enough.
